There's loads of places to start, but you picked the best one! You can head over to the Support Groups and find your age bracket/whichever group works for you, there are challenges on the Chicks up for a Challenge board. The January one is starting on the 2nd! Basically this forum is a great support system for people whilst moving towards a healthier lifestyle!
