Hello everyone!
Just kidding- I know exactly how and why I've gained this weight...
I seem to have no willpower, discipline or energy!
I need to lose weight, need to stay focused and am finally determined to do something about it, starting with joining this group!
I think at least if I am writing about this, I will be a little more accountable.
I am a snacker, bored eater, eat because it tastes so good- not because I'm necessarily hungry.
I would rather stay home and watch netflix then go to the gym. I pay for a membership that i haven't used in maybe 6 months.
I welcome all comments, ideas, plans things that have worked for you, Please!!
