Hiya!
New here. Whenever I search diet-related questions on Google, this forum seems to pop up so I thought I would join.
I am 26 (27 in the fall) and I live in Eastern Canada. I've tried a many types of diets (South Beach, calorie counting, and Weight Watchers, vegetarian for weight loss only, etc). And have been a yo-yo dieter my whole life
I'm back on South Beach because my mother is also following it, and it's nice to have someone to support you (even if it's through text!)
My starting weight was 217, the last time I weighed myself a few weeks ago I was 211... but I binged a bit the last couple weeks so it could be higher. Going to weigh in after a week of South Beach (one week from yesterday). Goal is 135-145, about where I was at what I felt was my "healthiest" weight.
