Hello everyone

I'm new here. I'm Jesika, 36 y/o and live in Texas. I've been on my weight loss journey now since October 2014. SW: 323lbs CW: 237lbs GW: 180lbs

Slow and steady

I'm also a Cancer Survivor, which prompted me to begin living a healthier life. I am Diabetic and have Celiac Disease.

I'm excited to have found this forum. I hope to make some friends

Welcome JesikaBeth. You have had many obstacles to confront having Celiac Disease, having had cancer, and being diabetic! That 's a lot the deal with. Best wishes on your weight loss journey.

Congrats on the weight loss and being a cancer survivor! It seems you've had some obstacles but you're very inspiring!

I have high blood pressure from being over weight and my doctor says I'm looking at diabetes if I keep it up. So here I am as well, needing to be a healthier person and get off this weight that is weigh me down.

I'm glad that you've joined our community and wish you luck along with everyone else! We can all use the extra help.

We seem to be similar... you're 36, I'm 34... our starting weight was around the same, and our current weight is around the same...

Nice to see someone that is similar to me!! It's nice to be able to relate this much.
