Hello! I stumbled upon this site this morning while googling some weight loss stuff, and it seemed like a thing I wanted to be a part of!

I have yo-yo'd my whole life with weight, had finally gotten everything under control and in a good place, and then I pretty seriously injured myself, stopped exercising, started eating everything, and here I am almost 40 pounds heavier two years later.

Anyway, I think that I definitely need support to get back on the bandwagon, and this seems like a lovely place to find it!

Hello I'm new to the group but I cam across this site and it was very interesting so much support, so much knowledge and success I had to become involved. I have hypothyrodism I am currently over weight weighing 195 lbs 5'4 inches tall and miserable I can't wear any of my clothes. I need your help deperately.
