Default New user in need of some support!
Hello all! My name is Estelle, how are you all doing? Basically, I'm in serious need of some support in my weight loss journey.
I am 21 years old and I need to lose at least a hundred pounds. To make matters worse, I have severe depression and anxiety with no help from anyone. Its hard to stick to my diet and I feel very alone right now... Sorry if I sound like I'm whining, I just could really use some help.
