So the last time I posted here, must have been over a year ago, I was gaining weight from the year of trying to conceive. Well we did it! May 4th we had a wonderful son named Lincoln. I'm 3 weeks post partum, breastfeeding, and not actively lowering calories because I am trying to make sure my supply is established, and not working out yet as I had a c section. But I did take a 2 mile walk this morning with a friend while pushing the stroller. It felt good and I didn't feel like I pushed myself uncomfortably. I'm hoping for the support I got last time I was here and lost 75 lbs. During my trying to conceive I gained 38 lbs, and my pregnancy I gained 37 lbs. I have about 17 lbs to go before I'm at my pre pregnancy weight.

First of all, congratulations on your baby Lincoln!!! And you are absolutely right, he is beautiful (and I don't just say that - some babies are NOT cute!)

Welcome back too! You did it once. You can do it again (just like I'm having to do and not with a beautiful baby to show for it!)

Welcome back and congratulations! Your boy is absolutely beautiful. I love babies so much, and I'm having to live vicariously since I am no longer able to have my own. Enjoy your little boy. The pounds will come off soon enough.
