Default Happy to be here!

Hello! Glad to be here I've never joined a forum before. I wanted to try something new, so here I am.

Over the years, I have tried out many diets and they have all worked. I maintain for a while, but eventually I gain the weight back and return to my old bad habits.

Lately, I don't feel happy about how I look, but more importantly my health is suffering because of my weight.

Today, I will begin again. I am committed to healthy eating. And I will begin to exercise. I want to feel happy. I want to be able to move with flexibility. I want to feel good. I am committed, but I also plan to be kind to myself. I plan to take it one day at a time.
