Hello all! I have been here before and I'm back again. I had forgotten how wonderful this community was and I'm looking forward to the tips and support! I'm on a slow weight loss journey. I hit it hard for a bit and lost 50 and then just got lazy. I have maintained within 5-10 here and there, but I am back full force and ready to finish this!
I am counting calories the same as before and I have purchased a treadmill and am walking regularly. The treadmill is a whole different story and I hope to get some info and suggestions/recommendations on that front!
I think the slow route is best anyway. You've given your body some time to adjust, so maintenance will be that much less difficult when you get to goal.
