Default Hello My Name is Sharlene
Hello,

I joined this forum because I started Ideal Protein on October 1, 2014 and I just wanted to hear what others who are currently on the program or have done the program have to say about the program.

I am doing well but it is very hard.

Looking forward to chatting.
