Found this website and can't stop reading all the fantastic support being offered. I have tried unsuccessfully to lose weight for a few years but keep gaining instead. As a petite woman every pound looks like two. My goal is to try and lose a pound a week (maybe more with extra workouts) and be healthy by this time next year.
Diets haven't worked for me in the past, so this time, it's eating less and exercising more. I bought a treadmill which should be arriving this weekend and have signed up for a zumba class.
I have to say "congratulations" as your weight loss is quite impressive.

zumba's really fun, i actually had zimba classes for a while but than i switched to the gym because i can go every day at the time most convenient to me.
do whatever works for you hun! don't forget to drink A LOT of water though! that's a must!
