[Dana 2.0]

Hey everybody,

I'm Dana, 50 years old, and beginning a (yet another) journey to lose 50+ pounds. I'm happily married, live in the midwest and and my kids are grown & out of the house. Just hubby, me, and one incredibly lazy cat.

In the "real world," I'm surrounded by friends & family who are supportive, but none of them are interested in joining me on this lifestyle change.

By cleaning up my diet, reducing calories & simple carbs and getting regular, moderate exercise, I'm going to turn this ship. It's time to stop this steady slide into unhealthiness and early aging! It's time for the "new me," the BEST me: Dana 2.0.

Good luck Dana! I'm in the same boat at forty-nine and the pounds just keep coming year after year, now it's time for them to come off.

@Michelle Friday, your weight loss is FANTASTIC!!! Are you on a special diet? How much do you exercise? Do you have a plan for x amount of pounds per week?
