Hi, my name is Marie and I live in Denver. Im 37 and single. My weight now is 166 pounds. I work on my own as a web designer from my house and because of that I spend most of the day in front of the PC. I found this method one month ago and I was about to try it but I have some doubts. My friends told me to be careful and don’t waste my money but I´d like to try something different, because I tried many diets and without great results. *IT*, has to be a lifestyle change, that you can live with, and not a *diet*.
Common sense. Eat better foods, mostly in a natural state. Get some exercise, on purpose! Mostly, follow a good, realistic plan, but allow for the now and then, off plan.
You don't have to get OCD about it, but you need to pay some attention to what you are doing.
