New Person from Minnesota, need to lose 150# and 69 yrs old! Help!
I am determined I will have some of my life left where I can enjoy a normal or closer-to-normal weight. I'm remarkably healthy so that's good. I have a TerraTrike.
I am so exhausted most of the time and hate to walk. But I will ride on my bike, and I will take water aerobics class sometimes (every now and then) but can't stay on any consistent plan for long lately. And I sleep all the time but won't use my CPap. OK, I'll go do that now and talk with you later.

Are you looking into following a specific type of weight loss program such as Weight Watchers, Medifast, Jenny Craig, Atkins etc or are you going to track calories or keep a food diary?
