Hello! My name is Natalie, I am 25 years old. A mother to four little boys. Two 4yr olds, one 3yr old, and a 1month old. A year ago I was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma on my right kidney. After a nine our surgery last May I have not only been cancer free but also quit smoking. I'm ready to lose all of this weight and live a healthy (hopefully long) happy life. I am currently 275lbs and hoping to lose 125lbs. I know it will be a long, hard road but I'm ready. I will be calorie counting and using my nutribullet ( not for weight loss but as a good way to add more nutrients to my diet). I am wondering if anyone close to my size has tried T25 and if it worked for them, if they were able to keep up with it, or if anyone has any other ideas for a new workout regimen for someone very overweight. I can tell you for sure I will not be going out running any time soon. I have also considered an exercise bike as I don't have to leave my house to use it. That is a big issue for me I want to be able to work out during the day while my husband is at work but I have the kids home with me. Any help or input would be much appreciated!
weightloss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. In fact yesterday i read that some people believe exercise programs actually undermine our efforts to lose weight and keep it off. Its actually been a bit my experience too, though i think some exercise is a very good idea.
Sorry to hear about your difficult health experience.
