Default A Re-Introduction

Hello ladies. I was on here a whiiiiillllleeee ago. Ha. I had some health issues to stress about so completely lost track of everything I should have been doing. Well its time to get my butt in gear!
I am getting married on August 29, 2015 and I would love to love some weight before hand. As well as after because I am way to big and its time to take charge!

I weigh 275lbs with a height of 5'6'' I started to take care of myself but then had tons of issues with periods and pain and turns out I have PCOS. Now I am taking meds for that which (WARNING TMI) makes me poop a LOT everyday haha.

I am terrified of trying on wedding dresses. Especially since I have a Davids Bridal budget and have heard a lot of bad things about plus size brides trying on dresses with them. I want to look beautiful for my fiance. And get healthy. But I also want to look beautiful for me! I want to get healthy have babies and actually be able to run around with my children.

Long and drawn out I know ha. But hello ladies and gents!

Good for you that you have lost 10 lb already. If you do not have the money to pay for weight loss the best is low carb and counting calories and weighing and measuring your portions.I got whey protein powder and it has helped curb my appetite.
I sort of followed IP protein protocol but used whey protein and followed the allowable vegetables and protein portions. My calories in the first month or 2 did not exceed 1000 per day and after a couple weeks I did not feel as hungry or have as many cravings.I only used 1 scoop protein powder in water (approx 60 cal) at breakfast lunch and supper and 4 oz protein at lunch and supper.I also used raw veg and cooked veg in allowable quantities.
This regime has caused me to lose almost 20 lb since November 11/2013 and I started at approx 163 lb.
I am sure this can work for you as well because so many POS girls develop diabetes and this is low glycemic carbs.
Good luck in your new diet plan and you have 6 months to drops a lot of weight.
I like your sig cause the body knows how many calories you have consumed and you can not fool it.
