New Gluten Intolerant Dieter!
Hey you guys, making my obligatory first post! I guess I don't really follow any particular diet. I've done SB, CKD, WW, etc etc over the years. They've all worked, and then I go into a short term maintenance mode to 'take a short break' and spiral into a deep depression. My last yo-yo I finally figured it out, I simply couldn't tolerate gluten. When I would remove it, I felt great, stuck to my diet, lost the weight. Reintroduce, I'd start to feel physically and mentally awful. I've now been GF for 5 months, I've figured out how I want to live, now I just have to get my weight there, and I'm now confident if I can just lose it one more time, I'll be able to properly maintain it this time.
So here I am, 40+ pounds overweight work-at-home mom to a young son who has his own list of dietary issues, and wife to a vegetarian husband.
