Hey ya'll!
I found this site on google when I typed in "insulin resistance forum" since I was recently diagnosed as insulin resistant. BUMMER!
So I'm here to learn more about it and how other people with the same issue deal with weight loss that tends to be HARD for me!
I would like to lose 20 lbs as my first goal, so after reading the Insulin Resistance Diet book, I'm going to try my hardest to lose the weight the healthiest way possible. No more crash diets or diet pills for this girl!
