well i'm back on the diet ride again but determined that it has to work this time - said that before too.
i realise i need support and don't want to moan to friends all the time so thought i'd join a community of other people doing the same thing.
i have a lot of weight to lose and really need to increase my fitness as my back and hip are playing me up quite a bit.
doesn't help that i have depression - currently off work but hoping to return soon - and that doesn't help with the cooking and healthy eating routine or indeed the exercise as i can always find an excuse to go to bed (or not get up) rather than going outside at the moment.
i'm looking forward to getting some great tips - and passing any along that i stumble across, especially good recipes
