Thumbs up Newbie looking for support
Hello everyone!
I am on day 2 of my IP program.
After seeing my aunt and coworker have so much
Success, I wanted to "join the club"... BUT I was trying to cheap out and not actually join any clinic. Needless to say, this didn't work. So I put on my big girl pants and made the call. I'm excited to finally feel like I am actively "doing something" to combat my weight gain.
In highschool I was super sporty and always on the go, but after my first year of university (gained the freshman 15+ 30 more pounds on top) I have constantly struggled.
I am so happy to have found a site with stories from others who have also struggled as I have. Their success really motivates me.
