I am Kelly. I just joined this site today because, like everyone else, I need some support on my weight loss journey. I am just had a baby 7 weeks ago and I gained so much weight during the pregnancy. I gained 60 pounds. It is now time for it to go!
I was thinking about doing the Paleo diet, but I'm not sure yet. I might just cut out sugars and white breads and stick with all healthy natural foods like whole grains, fruits, veggies, minimal dairy, and lean meats.
Has anyone ever done the Paleo diet? What did you think about it?
I am 5'1" and 174 pounds. I would like to lose 40 pounds.
