It just occurred to me today to look for you.
I have been considering different weight-loss helps like Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig and .... oh well, i don't need to name them. There are only about 75000 different plans that will make me "drop the weight with no effort at all."
I'm super leery of every "plan," but with the number on the scale edging dangerously close to 300 big ones, i think i might be ready to give weight loss another big try, and i can't think of anyone better to get advice from than other women with PCOS.
I'm a pretty laid back, non-panicky individual, so it's easy for me to ignore the weight gain, and do something else.
I know from experience that the same just-eat-less-and-exercise-more plan that works for my friends isn't going to cut it for me, and i'm just not sure what is going to work for me.
I need help.
I'm hoping that i can find a way to decide that enough really is enough and lose the weight in a healthy way.
