Hello! I just joined the forum today.. Came across it while looking for dessert recipes for the SBD. I've been struggling with losing weight for a very long time, and currently weigh more than I ever have.. I'm hoping SB will help me reach my goals..
Any tips are welcome!

Hi Raven. I too just joined a couple days ago but I've found just reading people's success stories has really helped to give me that extra motivation. I've never tried the SBD but I've heard a lot about it. I think with our determination and the motivation we can get from others in this forum will really help. Good luck!

Welcome, Raven! I am also new here. I have been doing a lot of reading here, even very old posts, and it has really helped with motivation. I have found everyone to be so supportive. When I feel that a craving is coming on, I can jump on the forum and have a big reminder, wherever I go on the forums, what my goal is...becoming healthier and dropping pounds, that craving disappears quickly.

You can do this!! We can do this!! We all can do this!!
