I'm still trying to figure out how this forum works. I pretty much want to stick with the IP folks. I've seen threads, but can't figure out how to subscribe. I've looked all around the site, but can't find any directions. Also, while reading threads in IP, how do I post?
Hi, I am new too - need some guidance as well. This is day 6 - looking forward to my first weigh in on Monday. How are you guys doing? I had a tough few days but so much better now.
Tomorrow is my 2nd full week on IP and so far things have been going very well.lost 8 lbs last week.we'll see how much for this week tomorrow. Mostly I have been doing just the basics with shakes, salad and veggies, but tonight I made Big Mac in a bowl and even my husband likes it. I have found alot of encouragement reading the IP forums.
