So this is my 2nd day into the ideal protein diet. I am kinda worried about excercising I Crossfit and some insanity. Should I jump right back into my routine which is 3 days a week Crossfitting?
IP works very well for me.
I think it depends on what would you like to accomplish.
If its a weight loss, I would stick with IP.
From what I have been hearing and experiencing at the IP, in order to get the best results you should stick to the plan exactly. After 2 weeks on the program I am doing yoga and feel really good.
