I am 20 years old and weigh around 16st 6lbs and I am 5ft 7. I am getting fed up with my weight and not feeling fit enough to do things. I also hate being the biggest in my class at university. I would ideally like to go down to about 13 stone, probably more in the long run.
I have tried dieting before with exercise and I feel great and so much happier and healthier whilst doing it but for some reason I always fall into bad habits. Being a student also means that I have no money and struggle to buy healthy food. I love my food A LOT and could eat for England!
Would love to meet similar people to myself and help each other along.

Even with little money you should be able to follow a healthy eating plan. Once you have decided on a way to live (eat) find a thread in this forum and I am sure that there is information about the foods you can eat and low cost options.
