Default 'Ello

Hi everyone. I'm new here, but I guess you already knew that. Well, let me tell you all about myself. You can call me Owl, I am a 26 year old mother of two under 25 months. I have always struggled with my weight. That being said, the smallest I remember being was a women's size 14 pants when I was in 5th grade (making me about 10 years old). I reached my highest weight last March when I gave birth to my daughter and I weighed 305 lbs. Since then I have maintained at about 278 for about 9 months. I recently dropped down to be 265. My ultimate goal is to be at 125 which I feel is healthy and will look nice with my 5'8" medium frame. I have never been thin and I want it bad this time. I also want to be healthier for my children.

Oh yes! Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do! I have been quit for a couple of years now and I never will go back! I mostly quit cold turkey (while on holidays with my parents who didn't know I had started smoking... again!) lol... fear can be a great motivator. I also read Allan Carrs quit smoking the easy way. I fully recommend it! Good luck, I am sure you will be able to kick that nasty habit for good
