New to the dieting community
Hello everyone,
My name is Brandon Johnston. I am not new to dieting by any means of the word, but am definitely new to the dieting communities. A problem I seem to continually have is the lack of motivation, so I am introducing myself into the dieting community world to hopefully gain some help along the way and extend a helping hand as well.
My typical diet has always consisted of already prepared frozen diet entrees (won't be naming brands). I have always been able to drop a considerable amount of weight using them, but who can afford to live on these meals to maintain a lifestyle forever, it's just NOT POSSIBLE! So I thought to myself, "dang-it Brandon, you used to be a chef, you know how to cook, start creating your own healthy meals to change the way you eat and the lifestyle you are living!" So that's what I did, every week I am cooking new meals for myself. I cook in bulk as I am cooking my meals for my entire week at work. It has been hugely successful and I feel amazing inside!
