Hello!
Hello everyone, my name is Emily and I am 21 years old.
A week ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been. I was 313lbs. I saw the scale and I was embarressed of myself. I don't enjoy what I see in mirror, the size I wear, or how I feel. Seeing my weight hit 300, actually over, gave me a sudden wake up call. I am so ready for a change!!
Since last monday I have been very determined, something I haven't been in a very long time. I have an iPhone and i've downloaded an app called "Lose It". It's been helping me with my calorie count and showing me my nutrition intake. I have cut out pop, unhealthy snacking, and fast food. I've been doing moderate workouts everynight before I go to bed as well.
So far, a week later, I'm down 7.2 pounds! I can't explain how excited I am..knowing what I'm doing IS WORKING!
I'm really looking forward to meeting supporters and making new friends along the way.
