Smile Hello! I have decided to change my life ;)
Hey there!, My name is Shelby and A lot of thing's have been going on in my life, I have decided that I needed a positive change to happen. I have been overweight my whole life and it has hindered me a lot. I'm very shy and awkward, I don't have much confidence in myself.

That needs to change. My goal is to lose about 100 pounds and to get some abs.
