Hey everyone!!!
I'm Apple, and Im on a serious weight loss mission!!!! Im trying to lose at least 60 pounds by June or July. I'm eating healthy but I still have unhealthy foods ever-so-often. I would really like a virtual support group and hopefully this is the place to be!!! Im going to be spending the majority of my night reading through post on here and keeping my notebook handy for any cool ideas and pointers.
Im also doing the special k diet,just wondering if anyone else on here has dealt with it before
