I'm a long time lurkerish girl who finally decided that joining in is probably what I really need to make this happen.
I have a long time history of battling weight problems. In university (over 10 years ago!!) I got up to 220lbs.....almost immediately after, I lost about 80lbs and kept it off for 10 years. This past year it has been slowly crawling back up. I'm now at 176 (5'6") and terrified of gaining more. I've been CONSTANTLY on some sort of diet kick and now can't seem to decide on what to do and have no motivation to eat properly.
I am fit - I lift weights 2-3 times a week, do cardio classes (bodycombat usually) and run alot. I've done two half marathons this year - and will be doing the San Fran Nike Women's in October. All of that - you'd be sure I'd be losing!! But no....I'm not.
So howdy again! Any help is sure appreciated. If someone would like to buddy up, that's around my weight I'd love it!
My goal is to get below 140 (although below 150 would be great too!!!).
