Hi everybody!
I'm Radu, 20yrs old, male from Romania. I'm new here and generally not used these types of forums, but I've seen a lot of great support from people around here and thought i could get some help too.
I'm obviously here because i have a weight problem i have been struggling with for the past years. I currently weight 267 pounds (my height is 6 feet and 2 inches, sorry I'm not used to imperial units). I've tried many diets, pills and all that stuff. Some worked (for some time), most of them didn't. I've also tried some workout plans but shamefully I didn't stick to them much.
The main problem is my unhealthy lifestyle. I'm currently in college which takes up some time but I also work as a freelancer from home which makes it impossible for me to have a decent schedule because i usually work until late at night. This results in occasionally eating at night.
I generally eat cooked food, I ain't crazy about sweets (can't even remember the last time I've eaten chocolate
, but I do enjoy chips and crunchy stuff. I can provide more details if necessary.
I know this may be a lot to read, but i hope you guys can help me with some suggestions like what diet would be appropriate with my bad schedule, how to deal with my mid-night cravings (I honestly can't go to sleep with an empty stomach if my last meal was at 7 PM and I'm going to bed at 4 AM), and some exercise ideas. Or anything else that might help.
Again, happy to join and hope i can get some support with my problem.

P.S. Just wondering, what would be an ideal weight for me considering my age, height etc??
