Thumbs up My Introduction - MRC Diet
Hello

I'm new here and am introducing myself. I found this forum while doing research for the diet I started on August 9th called "The Metabolic Research Center Diet". The first 10 days I was on Preconditioning and I lost 6.5 lbs! I was in shock!! After the preconditioning stage they changed the menu around, so I'm now on the Beige menu and I have lost 4.5 lbs during the past 13 days. Although the weight loss has slowed down some, MRC says I'm still on the right track. It gives me great encouragement reading your success stories. I know your support will help me tremendously! And likewise. Now we can all lose weight together!

Congrats! I too have recently started the MRC plan and am loving the results that I get!!! Encouraging to hear that other people noticed their weightloss slowing down but I know as long as I stick on plan I am going to succeed!

From another " Texan"..
I too just started MRC (actual pre-conditioning begain 9/28/2012) and due for my first "Nutrition Class" this friday! I have tried almost all the programs out there, but never this one and decided to join with a co-worker! I am excited to find this community and fellow MRC users, especially those from Texas
