Hi all. I am a 25 year old woman borderline desperate to lose weight. I say borderline because I'd like to lose the weight, but at the same time I am ok with what I weigh. I'd like to lose weight just so I can be healthier and feel a little less foggy. With each passing day, I care less and less about how others view me, this weight loss is just for me.
Anyway, I'd like to use this forum as more than just a check in and let you know how I'm doing thing. I have been on other forums in the past, and have made some great friendships from them. I'd like to do the same thing ever. Everyone seems so nice and supportive so far, so I don't think I'll have a problem!
