I am also on day 5 first week but I dont have that issue i am so full maybe try adding a hard boiled egg in between one of your meals when you are hungry or split up your lunch veggies to have half mid afternoon. I used to have my restriced item after supper but I can anymore so much food at supper I am full for the rest of the night my day looks like this
B=iced coffee 2 splenda and a IP milk chocolate pudding
L=IP mushroom soup 2 cups of cauliflower in my soup with sea salt
S= IP bar or zippers
D=Big mac in a bowl with small salad (i use ground turkey, dill pickles, lettuce shreds, WF thousand dressing)
