Hi everyone!
I'm Jennifer, a working mom, seeking weight loss support for losing my last 15-20 lbs. I keep very busy with my full time job, volunteer work and girl scouts that my two girls are involved in. So I'm finding it hard to sneak in the necessary exercise to get me fit. I have done WW and some calorie counting, so I'm doing pretty well eating healthfully although I do struggle. I would like to get ideas on how to get the required exercise to meet some of my fitness goals.
