Default hello everybody
hi i just joined this forum. I am a student and my weight is 78kg. I am trying to lose weight but i can not stick to my diet and can not stop eating sweets and icecreams. I have started excercise from today and i hope i will stay motivated. your help and motivation will be much appreciated.
