Default A Newbie from the Philippines

Hello all, I'm Jenn.

I have been overweight since I was a kid, but even if I acknowledge that fact, I never really faced it until 2007. However, I would easily give up whenever I start to diet and exercise, and this year I've ballooned to 226lbs.

This year's attempt to lose weight seemed to be a yo-yo: I started in August and lost 6lbs by the first day of September, but towards the end of that month, I was surprised to have gained back all the weight I lost. I restarted in October and come the first day of November, I have lost the 6lbs again.

I still am doing the same routines and even if I haven't stepped on the scales since my weigh in last November 1, I could feel am continuously losing weight.

I joined here because I would like to be friends with people on the same page as I am. I hope we inspire each other.
