excited!
I spent last night reading these forums and I really think this will be great for me. I'm 30 and have a 1 year old. I've always been heavy and don't want her to have to deal with anything that goes with that. I'm hoping I can be in good shape before she starts preschool and keep myself that way. I have lost significant weight twice but gained it back within a year or two. The most recent time was when I got pregnant.
I am currently at 294 (yikes, that's hard to type!) and got pregnant at 210 so that's frustrating. I am going to start with low carb because I know that is something that I can lose weight on and stick with. I am thanking you all in advance for being here for me, because that's the best way for me to lose weight, to feel like it's a group effort.
