Default Found 3FC Yesterday, Joined Today
Hi Everyone,

Last night I perused some Success Stories (I always love them) and today I joined, I have started my 3FC blog and tomorrow I start sharing my progress.

I intent to go for a run since it is the weekend and it is easier when dh watches the kids. I will plan out our meal plan for the week as well (with some alternatives in case Irene takes down the power).

Thanks everyone. I have been checking out different threads. So much to read.

i went for a run today this morning so I feel like I am on a good start. Because I went out my husband also went for a run. He is always good at jumping on board (aside from his chocolate feasts)
