The title says it all.
I have been talking about losing weight for about 5 years. I'm doing it. I have a big milestone coming up in December (college graduation) and I want to be fitter, thinner, & happier with the way I look.
I will not go another summer not wanting to wear shorts, sundresses, or go to the pool. I will not spend January thinking about resolutions to lose weight. I will be looking & feeling fantastic at Christmas and that will be the best gift anyone could give!
I weighed myself on Wednesday and was 173.2. My goal is 125.
