Hello ladies!!! I am so ready to be a part of this forum, and to find and give inspiration and help. I welcome everyone into my life and I am excited to be part of everyone's here too.
I saw a photo of myself a month ago. The next day, I started a mild green cleanse and joined a gym. No wallowing, ladies!
Over the past 2 years, I slowly crept up from 134 to 151. eek. Even though it was 'love weight' that I put on when I settled into my relationship, I don't love it at all!!! I was wearing a size 5 jeans, and looking good. Those were getting tighter and tighter until I had to go buy size 8. Not terrible, I know, but it shouldn't have happened. I mean, I'm a strict vegetarian, and a healthy one... but I do love sweets.
So it has been a month. The first week was great, lost 3 pounds. But i think i wasn't eating enough to maintain my lifestyle, and gained it back the second week... and haven't stepped on the scale until today. I lost 5 pounds in the first month. That's not good enough. I was hoping more for 8 or 9. So here I am, to gain insight onto what you ladies suggest and how you are achieving your goals.
