First of all, congratulations on making changes =) Remember, a plateau isn't the end of the world. You're still maintaining pounds lost, so don't lose your head about it.
Losing pounds on the scale is good, but it's not the only goal. The goal is sustainable and healthy changes that we will carry over on through maintenance. That sometimes means the scale may stall out. That sometimes means we have to keep from getting frustrated and focus instead on the good things we're doing for ourselves.
