Default hi everybody

hi my name is Katerina and i am hoping to loose some weight with your support. I have been reading the forum for past 1 week and belive that this is a great way to keep in touch with like minded people and support each other. i am in my early forties so this is the time when it starts getting harder to loose the weight and maintain the weight loss. Few years ago i was able to do this myself in few weeks withiut support . But this time it will be different story and a long hard road, but i belive taht i can do it with the support this forum offers.

i have been reducing my food intake but i do not which way to go, i have tryed weight watchers before and was succesfull but i can not afford the meetings at the moment, so i am now deciding how to put some structure to the whole plan, I woud like to loose 45 to 50 pounds by Christmas but i do not know if i am not dreaming.

If you're interested in Weight Watchers, there is the online-only version that is less per month than the meetings.

There's also Calorie Counting, which is incredibly similar to the WW program, and free. (There's a Calorie Counters section where you can read through the Stickies to get a feel for what it's like.)

I have no idea how much weight you'll be able to lose by the end of the year, but it's guaranteed that if you find a plan that fits your life and you STICK WITH IT, you will be glad by 2012 regardless of what the scale says!
