I'd like to introduce myself to you all. I'm a stay at home mom of one and I've reached a Turning Point in my life (namely, my 30th birthday), and realized that there are some changes I'd like to make in both my body and my lifestyle. I have spent the past several years learning to love and accept my body and my self, as I've dieted many times from a place of self-loathing and was never successful. I would like to lose weight, and most importantly, develop lifelong healthy habits. I have some ideas on what will work for me (I will probably elaborate in my 3FC blog), but this is the first time I've looked to others for support and friendship. I really hope it'll make a difference!
