Default Hello...again

I signed up for this forum a couple of years ago and the girl that turned me on to it has asked me a few times since then if I have been on and I haven't. She asked again yesterday and I thought maybe I should go ahead and get on here.

My name is Jeanie although my username is jdreamer63. I lost 40 lbs between August '09 and March '10 but have since gained back 20 of them and I'm disgusted with myself.

I've always lived by the notion that you have to not only eat right but you must exercise as well. Now, I'm hearing conflicting advice that exercise isn't necessary. Isn't it? I figured that was a big part of why I've gained some of my weight back is the lazy lack of exercise. I used to walk religiously and play my wii game but I've been incredibly lazy since November when my mother passed away. Not blaming but just saying, that's when I can really notice the change. The return of poundage.

Is there somewhere on this website to find out how many calories I need to be consuming to lose weight? I'm finding different numbers from different websites but I can't find on this one where I'd find that information.

Can anyone help?

Well, try to check the Calorie Counters in the Diets section, I'm sure someone there would be able to help you ^^
