I've never joined anything like this but I'm at my wit's end. I am struggling with about 100 extra lbs and and kind of stuck since I have no support. I have lost 20 lbs since Jan. but gained about 5 back. Just needing someone to talk to and it looks like this may be the help I need. Looking forward to being a part of this forum!
