Hi everyone! I thought I would post my story here to kick things off. So, all my life I was overweight, but only by a few pounds (ex: now I weight 162 and the healthy weight range for my 5"7 height is 120 - 159). So while I was unhappy with my body I still never saw myself as someone who needed to diet. I first began dieting to help my husband's weight loss. It was not until I actually tried dieting that I realized I had an emotional dependency on food. Faced with this serious problem and a desire to be emotionally healthy I dieted and went from 178 pounds down to 162 pounds. I have been stuck at this weight for a month now and wanted to join 3 Fat Chicks to help give my diet a boost. If anyone else is an emotional eater out there give me a shout out, I'll be glad to hear some supportive words
