I'm new to the boards and wanted to introduce myself.
I'm a lifelong dieter/binge eater, and I'm here to make a lifestyle change. I've had success in OA (Overeaters Anonymous), but stopped the program and re-gained the weight. Right now I'm not interested in joining an intense program like OA, but at least I know what to do.
My meal plan is reduced/healthy carbs, lean protein and tons of fresh veggies, based on delicious, whole food recipes. No more frozen entrees! Kinda "Mediterranean South Beach".
My exercise plan is to rotate elliptical, Fluidity Bar/Callanetics and T-Tapp at least 5x/week.
My goal is to claim the prime of my life and enjoy a sizzling love affair with my amazing husband, Randy. Why not have it all?!
